Parthé was given the task of enhancing Toll Brothers’ web presence. To accomplish this objective, Parthé created a series of web-based commercials in conjunction with Kohler. First, to maximize reach and customer engagement, Parthé capitalized on new trends in web marketing by developing three web-based short films, each speaking to a targeted demographic. From these stories, traditional :30 and :60 commercials were created for use on-line and broadcast. Additionally, short “teaser trailers” were developed. These unique, strategically targeted teasers were placed on social media and other relevant high traffic sites as a way to connect viewers to a homepage. This homepage, tollkohler.com was developed as a place where potential customers could view the short films and also receive other information about the two companies and their sense of higher design.
