DeWalt Power Tools and Accessories were in need of an innovative way to empower their sales force as they prepared to launch hydraulic tools for the European and Indian markets. To accomplish this, Parthé Inc. developed an app to serve as a virtual companion, helping to guide discussions and address questions in any area that a potential customer may have. In addition to the app, a coinciding, leave-behind catalog was created giving the sales force all the tools they needed as they move into uncharted territory.
